They are seeking a General Manager to lead their team and drive the continued success of their upscale, fast casual restaurant. Work alongside the Director of Operations to manage the restaurant�??s daily operations including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Ensuring smooth functioning and upholding the highest quality standards

Assist with the recruitment process of restaurant team members. Provide leadership and guidance to the staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment

Provide exceptional guest experiences by upholding high service and quality standards, promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction

Work closely with executives and the owner to develop and implement financial and operational strategies for the restaurant to help achieve and exceed financial goals

Conduct daily team meetings to ensure all team members are supported and equipped to do their jobs

The ideal General Manager:
At least 6 years experience as a General Manager at a fast casual restaurantStrong financial acumen, able to read and evaluate P&L statements, provide accurate forecasting etc.Familiarity with Toast and R365 is an assetConfident, calm, approachable and professional individualA natural leader with superb communication and organisational skills
